SAFEGUARDING REVIEWS

Case Reviews

We have the expertise to conduct both current and non-recent case reviews, drawing from extensive experience in analysing practice and process across various churches and organisations. Our portfolio encompasses past case reviews across different denominations, participation in safeguarding panels for denominations conducting national reviews.

Here For You

We can undertake safeguarding audits of places of worship or organisations, which can demonstrate their commitment to safeguarding, looking at the organisational structure, culture, along with the policies and procedures and training provision which will result in recommendations for learning and improvement. We can also provide a review of the effectiveness of the implementation of any new safeguarding framework resulting from the audit.

When faced with a safeguarding issue organisations will liaise with the statutory agencies and often need to carry out independent management investigations of all the facts and evidence, either to learn lessons, to manage the disciplinary process that can occur in parallel with any statutory investigation, or in meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies, whatever the reasons we can undertake any management investigation as required.Reviews

SAFEGUARDING REVIEWS

We have undertaken safeguarding reviews for a number of denominations and Christian organisations, as well as safeguarding audits. These have often been as a result of a safeguarding concern.

INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS

An independent investigation can often result where there has been a credible or substantiated allegation, after the statutory agencies have conducted their investigation. This can be as a result of the disciplinary process for employees, or where a church decides on a learning review.  We have undertaken several such investigations including those as a result of past case reviews.
